Meet The Silver Lining's Team
We work with you to find the perfect caregiver to fit your style!
Silver Lining Home Care Solutions is owned and operated by Ashley and William Lascor. We are a family business founded on family values. Our belief is that true success in business is predicated on success in all avenues of life, and from the date of inception, to today, and into the future this is the measure by which we conduct our operations. We not only strive to be an integral member of the in-home care community, but to become the standard.
We pride ourselves in thinking beyond immediate physical needs, and really forming special relationships and family ties with our clients. We strive to create lasting friendships and to enrich the lives of both you and your loved ones. Getting to know you on a personal level helps us to anticipate your needs and provide individualized care.

“This is my story, This is my song”
My family is a huge part of who I am and my "why". My source of inspiration comes my grandmother, Nanny. My relationship with her has helped shaped my life. Silver Lining is my way of honoring the family values Nanny instilled in me and serving my community with love, grace, and a passion for helping those in need. I wake up every day ready to continue on her legacy of following Jesus, raising a family, and taking care of those around me! Doing it humbly, always focusing on the good.
