Our belief is that true success in business is predicated on success in all avenues of life, and from the date of inception, to today, and into the future this is the measure by which we conduct our operations. We not only strive to be an integral member of the in-home care community but to become the standard.

Ashley Lascor
President
Ashley is a daughter of the King, a wife and mother. A proud entrepreneur, owner and operator of Silver Lining Home Care Solutions. Ashley is passionate about the senior community and loves being able to support and care for them. She is very active in the local community, proudly serving the Alzheimer's Association, Doggies Go Purple, Dementia Friendly Denton County, Kiwanis International and the Sanger Chamber of Commerce.

William Lascor
Vice President
William is a proud father, husband, business owner, coach, and Lion’s Club member. Vice President of Silver Lining and owner of Lascor Enterprises. William strives to be a strong teammate to the Silver Lining team and to grow Lascor Enterprises; benefiting the overall community. William is also an active member of his area, serving as a recreational soccer coach, and an involved member of a service club working with the City of Sanger, TX.
Payden Knight
Community Care Manager
Payden is an active member of Denton County, working in the healthcare industry for years, bettering the community for the elderly. The skills she's learned while in the healthcare industry have given her a better perspective on the needs within the community and the individuals themselves. Payden is originally from Denton County and completed her degree at Texas Woman's University!
Morgan Cannon
Community Care Coordinator
Welcome to Silver Lining! We are so glad you are here. I have been a part of the Silver Lining family since December of 2018. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, I now work as the Scheduling Coordinator.
My favorite part of my position is being able to help families adjust to a new normal. Your family becomes mine, and we work together to make sure your loved ones are taken care of. I have been married for five years, and have an almost four-year-old son. In our free time, we love being outside, spending time with family, and watching movies!
Jacqueline Ulissey
Social Worker
Jacqueline is a licensed master social worker specializing in aging. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Woman's University in 2019 and completed her social work graduate program at The University of Texas Arlington. She has lived in Denton for 5 years and wants to give back to this city and the people who live here by helping older adults continue to thrive in their homes and community.

My family is a huge part of who I am and my "why". My source of inspiration comes my grandmother, Nanny. My relationship with her has helped shaped my life. Silver Lining is my way of honoring the family values Nanny instilled in me and serving my community with love, grace, and a passion for helping those in need. I wake up every day ready to continue on her legacy of following Jesus, raising a family, and taking care of those around me! Doing it humbly, always focusing on the good.
